e-Commerce Solutions Most Prevalent at Large and Medium Sites with 25% of all Locations Report Activity
During interviews with 128,845 North American sites, Harte-Hanks identified 31,701 locations with an e-Commerce application in place. An e-Commerce application is defined as either a web-based B2B, B2C, Purchasing, or Customer Service utilization of the Internet. 50% means that 50% of all sites in that employee band have an e-Commerce application installed.

Note:  The CI Technology Database consists of locations with technology decision-making authority or high levels of technology equipment installed.  There are approximately 280,000 North American sites in the database.
