Linux Enjoys its Best Success at Large Sites (1000+ Employees) where 16% of all Locations run the OS
During interviews with 128,845 North American sites, Harte-Hanks identified 10,745 locations with Linux installed. 50% means that 50% of all sites in that employee band have Linux installed.

Note:  The CI Technology Database consists of locations with technology decision-making authority or high levels of technology equipment installed.  There are approximately 280,000 North American sites in the database.
