The reports in the Buying Plans tab only include purchase plans that were reported to Harte-Hanks Market Intelligence during the last 30 days. To access Buying Plans from earlier interviews, follow these steps: |

Click on the "Home" link and then, "Select Another Database" link. |

Select the CI Technology Database domain that contains the Buy Plans you wish to use. |

Choose the "Traditional Site Search and Reporting" button. |

Depending on the product category you want, select one of the available field categories. For this example, we will look for plans to purchase Personal Computers. |

Select the Hardware option from the menu. |

From the next menu, select "Computer - Systems & Servers". |

From this menu, select "Personal Computer (PC) Systems". |

The various selection criteria associated with PC’s will appear. |

Find the "Planned Date" menu option. |

In the "Planned Date" menu, enter the current month in the "From" box and leave the "To" field blank. This will provide a list of sites or contacts that are planning to purchase a PC in the next 12 months. If you want to tailor your list to only include specific months in which PC purchases have been reported, simply modify the "From" and "To" boxes. |

Click the "Save this Selection" button at the bottom of the page. This will return you to the "Search for Sites" page. |

In the goGet box, select "List of Contacts at Matching Sites" at the bottom of the page. |

The "Available Contact Functions" page will now appear. Select the categories of the contacts you wish to see. Be sure to select at least one category. Then press the "Get Contacts" button near the bottom of the page. |

This generates a pre-formatted list of contacts at all sites planning PC purchases during the period you have specified. |

If you wish, choose the "Add or Remove Fields" link to customize your report. |
